man what if my dad didnt get it for me?
the answer is i didnt have nobody giving me flower. -.-
well i guess i could always send me one. lol

neway! work is bz bz bz bz.
i put alot of effort to get things done but it never seem to end. .
this year, i'm having many clients who went through short sale/foreclosure. the problem w this transaction is that the banks now issue debt cancellation, meaning taxpayers are supposed to report the unpaid mortgage amount as income.
theres more details how to treat the cases however, its making me all emotional.
for example, one of my clients foreclosure his property about 2 years ago. he received 1099-C debt cancellation for about 365,000 this year. i've tracked down his record starting 2000 to see the amount was actually taxable or not. he bought the property at 400K, original loan was about 350K, after the market went up he refinanced couple times and his last refinanced amount was nearly 700K. i asked him where the money go. unless he used them for renovation his property, hes required to pay taxes on that. he came to the office and start telling me his personal stories. how he had failed his business, how he was injured from his work, how he was going to divorce w his wife, etc etc etc. his eyes were telling me how rough his years were.

im still holding on to his taxes. and i dont know what im gonna tell my boss either.
